Real Estate Frenzy
There’s a whole lot of frenzy in the real estate market lately. If you are looking for a new home, you may be caught up in its whirlwind. As demand increases and supply decreases, prices are rising and you are urged to “Buy! Buy! BUY NOWWW!”
I have a keen eye on the market, as I am searching for a new home myself. People are bidding on houses over asking, sometimes site unseen, with bidding wars the norm. It is certainly a sellers’ market! Immersed in this climate I often wonder who will be moving into some of these places, once the game is done and prize is won.
I look discerningly at properties through Feng Shui eyes
and put the puzzle pieces together of what they suggest energetically and metaphorically. I see places with red flags that need Feng Shui adjustments, some easy fixes, others that are deal breakers.
One feature does not tell all; one reinforces another effecting another, then another, connecting the dots to create an energetic scenario. Some places won’t fly for me, my goals and where I am going in life. So I wonder. Who will land in this space? What is their current situation that attracted them there? And how might the Feng Shui of the space influence their future?
